Subscription Terms

All paid subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Automatic Renewals

Subscription payments renew automatically on a recurring basis according to the first effective billing date.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers must cancel subscriptions manually through the “My Account” Subscriptions section of the website.

No Refunds

No refunds for unused portions of subscriptions will be given, and unused portions will not be prorated.

Post-Cancellation Access

After cancellation, subscribers retain access until the effective billing date and will not be charged thereafter.

Membership Termination

Your membership may be terminated at any time, with no refund, for any of the following:

• Sharing username or password credentials with another party.
